These self-administered questions ask about menstruation and pregnancy history. Female respondents are asked about age at first menstruation, onset and cause of menopause, and pregnancy history and outcomes.

Selection Rationale

Ovulation history is associated with some female cancers. The Working Group selected this protocol because it includes major reproductive landmarks relevant to female reproductive cancers. A substantial amount of information is gathered in a short protocol.
