Protocol - Flavor Preference - electronic nicotine products - Youth
Description
This is a 5-item youth questionnaire to determine flavor preference when using electronic nicotine products.
Specific Instructions
This protocol was systematically updated to reflect the Wave 7 data collection of the Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) Study. This protocol will be formally reviewed by a TRR Content Expert Panel early in 2024.
Determine age and nicotine product use status prior to administration.
[EPRODFILL] = type of electronic nicotine product participant endorsed using.
Although this question only asks about the use of electronic nicotine products, the Biobehavioral Working Group feels that these questions can be asked about other tobacco products. Specify each product you are looking for (e.g., cigarettes, cigars [large cigars, cigarillos, and little filtered cigars], pipes, hookah, e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snus, bidis, and kreteks).
