Definition
Question asking the respondent for his or her current address.
Purpose
Current address is the location of the respondent’s primary residence. The proximity of the respondent’s residence to environmental sources may or may not influence his or her health (e.g., living within 100 meters of a major urban roadway might influence person’s respiratory health). Current address information (street address, city, state, and zip code) can be geocoded (geographical latitudes and longitudes), if necessary.
