Protocol - Patient Satisfaction with Genetic Counseling
Description
The Genetic Counseling Satisfaction Scale (GCSS) is a 6-item, 5-point Likert scale used to assess patient satisfaction with genetic counseling.
Specific Instructions
This scale should only be administered after a patient has met with a genetic counselor and discussed the results of genetic testing (e.g., a BRCA test for breast and ovarian cancer risk).
